Parsley, onion and garlic – key ingredients for flavor in meatballs.

Meatballs are versatile and kid friendly. You can make any number of dishes with leftover meatballs.  What are you favorites?  Subs?  With pasta? Plain with grate cheese?  Let us know how you stretch meatballs.

Top 5 Meatball Dishes:

5.  Right out of the simmering sauce pot.

4.  Packed into a French bread baguette and topped with grated ricotta salata.

3.  Cut in half and served on small buns to make bite sized Meatball Sliders.

2.  On top of spaghetti, all covered with cheese….

    l sometimes put left over meatballs on pizza for a meatball pizza. My kids really love it.
